Beloved husband of the late Lily May (Griffiths) Mann. Loving father of Roy Mann of Cobourg, Linda Phelan (Stephen) of Oakville and the late Jean Moser (Charles) of Crocker, Missouri. Cherished grandfather of Krista Creighton, Cynthia Phelan (John Fee), Geoffrey Phelan, Stephanie Wiorek (Jason) and Heather Failing; and great grandfather of 7. Family and friends will be received at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Wednesday December 28th, 2016 from 11 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. followed by the Funeral Service which will be held in the Chapel at 1:00 pm.
