To The Asbreuk Family,
I met Opa John only once and we got a chance to have a good chat. During our conversation he impressed me as being a strong, kind and loving man. I see these same qualities in all the Asbreuks I have met.
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all, at this sad time.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Debbie.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the passing of your Dad. John was my God-Father; and a very dear friend of my Dad and Mom (Martin and Mary Bongers) when they first came to Canada and settled in the Brockville area; and him and Sefa remained very close friends with my parents throughout their lives. I was glad to be able to visit with your Dad yet when he attended my Dad's funeral in 2009. He will remain in my Prayers and Thoughts. Love and Best Wishes at this time.
