Beloved husband of Heather (Dean) Billings. Dear brother of Charles Billings (Anita) of Ogdensburg, NY and Laura Blair (Barry) of Brockville. Predeceased by parents Clifford and Mary (McLuskey) Billings, brothers Ernest and Robert Billings, sister Helen Sargent and aunt Nellie McLuskey. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Oakland Cemetery.
