I had the pleasure of meeting Marjorie about one year ago when I became the new owner of Victoria House, Smiths Falls. From the moment I met her, her friendly smile and warm personality immediately shone through. I've seen and chatted with Marjorie many times over the last year and have always known her to be a caring mother and grandmother. As well, always watching out for others who may need some help. She always found time and energy for those around her. She was an absolutely lovely woman who will be dearly missed.

Remembering the best times up on the farm as a young girl, the hay wagon ride after long day of work was the best part. The food was always plentiful. Ripe baskets of peaches for canning, juice running down our arms and faces. Seeing a calf born for the first time with your Dad helping the mother cow. Wonderful memories that I never would have had without you in my Dad's life. Some of my best summers were spent at the farm. I love you Marj always in my heart.
