Entered into rest at the Hill Top Manor, Merrickville on Sunday December 20, 2015. The former Frances Hazel Andress of Rockport aged 96 years. Beloved wife of the late Clarence Birt. Mother of Lorraine Salter ( late Keith) of Brockville, Edward Birt deceased, Sidney Birt of Kingston, Nancy Weldon (late John) of Edmonton and John Birt of Mallorytown. Mrs. Birt is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and a sister-in-law Kathleen Caiger of Toronto. Predeceased by her parents Thornton and Florence (Andress) Andress and a brother George.
