My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. I worked with Gillian for many years at Sherwood Park Manor . I looked up to her is so many ways. She will be missed by many. She was beyond caring and made an amazing cakes for my family for many special occasions. Wish I could pay my respect,but I am away in London as my daughter is having surgery. God bless.
