Entered into rest peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street Site on Thursday November 26th, 2009. The former Frances Helen Strong of Brockville aged 67 years. Beloved wife of Bill Wilkinson. Loving mom of Marc Wilkinson and his wife Jennifer of San Jose, California and Sean Wilkinson and his wife Rebecca of Ottawa. Cherished gram of Elizabeth and Kylie. Dear sister of Bill Strong and his wife Ilene and Garnet Strong and his wife Nicole Parent both of Ottawa. Frances is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Lewis Strong and his wife Laurence (Desautels) Strong as well as a sister Ruth Strong. The Funeral Liturgy will be held in the Chapel of the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Tuesday December 1st, 2009 at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
