Obituary of Eva Harkness

Entered into rest peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Saturday January 2, 2010. Eva Marion (Phillips) of Brockville age 87 years. Beloved wife of the late Robert Graham Harkness. Dear mother of David Harkness (Audrey) of RR# 1 Brockville. Loving Grandmother of Jeffrey Harkness (Jana Roth) of Kingston, Jill Harkness (fiancé Brian O'Neill) of Newburgh, David Cobey (Cathy) of Oakville and Gordon Cobey (Louise) of Guelph. Great grandmother of Cale, Matthew, Melody, Tracy, Nathan and Sarah. Also survived by her brother Larry Phillips of Glenburnie as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Ross and Martha (Bustard) Phillips and sister, Alietha Darling.

Family and friends may call at the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Tuesday January 5, 2010 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. The Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment will take place at Harkness Cemetery at a later date.
