Entered into rest at St. Lawrence Lodge on Friday June 4, 2010. Basil Golledge of Brockville aged 88 years. Beloved husband of the former Ina Livingston, dear father of the late David Golledge (Marilyn, surviving) of Brockville, Roger Golledge (Beverley) of Bradford and Murray Golledge (Cathy). Loving grandfather of 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Brother of Edna Rabbie of Gananoque, Greta Yeldon, Helen Sine and Hilda (Jim) Welland, all of Brockville, Pat (William) Large of Ottawa, David (Mary) Golledge of Brockville and Claire (Marie) Porteous of Prescott. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a daughter Ruth in infancy, his parents and brothers-in-law William Rabbie, William Yeldon and Bruce Sine. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Sunday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday June 7, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn memorial gardens, Maitland.
