Peacefully, with his family by his side at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles St. Site on Sunday September 19, 2010. William (Bill) C. Miller of Addison age 86 years. Beloved husband of Frances (Anderson) Miller. Dear father of James (Jim) David Miller (Sonya) of Brockville. Also survived by sisters-in-law May Hellyer of Brockville, Evelyn O’Connor of Yellowknife NWT and Kay Anderson of Brockville as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister Gladys Rowsome and her husband Wesley. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East Brockville on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday September 23, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment will take place at Glen Elbe Cemetery.
