passed away from Frontal Lobe Dementia on Saturday April 9, 2011at St. Lawrence Lodge, Brockville. Michael John McDade of Portland (formerly of Ottawa) age 79 years. Beloved husband of Nellie Salling McDade. Father of Mary Anne Hickey (Brett) of China, Betty Lou Laviolette (JP) of Portland and Monique Beamish (Mark) of Greely. Grandpa of Bob MacGougan of Toronto and Katie MacGougan of Vancouver. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by his parents George and Irene Donahue McDade and a brother David McDade. At the request of Mr. McDade there will be no visitation or service. Interment will be at a later date. In memoriams to the Alzheimer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. Special thanks to the staff at St. Lawrence Lodge for their excellent care over the past two years.
