Eva died at the Arbour Heights Long Term Care Residence, Kingston on Saturday July 23, 2011. Eva Elma (Hynes) Fowler of Brockville age 90 years. Beloved wife of Donald M. Fowler. Mother of Malcolm D. Fowler of Montgomery, Texas. Sister of Doris Marjorie (McCaw) Parkin of Brockville. Also survived by a cousin Milton Phillips (Doris) of Smiths Falls and a sister-in-law Shirley I. Hynes of Ottawa. Predeceased by her parents John and May (Phillips) Hynes, brother Donald C. Hynes all of Brockville and a sister Ruby Mae Fischer of Pembroke. There will be no Service or Visitation. A private interment will take place at a later date. In memoriams to the Charity of Your Choice, if desired, would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
