Entered into rest, after a brief illness, at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Friday March 2nd, 2012 at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of Isabel (Hay) and cherished father of Shirley Gallinger of Kitchener. Dear brother of Gordon MacDonald of Westbrook and Phyllis MacMartin of Peterborough. Brother -in-law of Hilda MacDonald of Surrey BC and John and Carol Hay of Winchester. Sadly missed by nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by parents Ernest and Mina MacDonald, brothers Stanley and Kenneth, sisters-in-law Ida MacDonald and Joyce (Harold) Armstrong. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday March 8th, 2012 at 2 p.m. Interment will be at Oxford Mills Cemetery, at a later date.
