Peacefully at his residence, surrounded by family on Wednesday April 11, 2012. Machiel (Mike) Pardoel of Lansdowne age 88 years. Beloved husband of Johanna (Boeren) Pardoel. Father of Henk Pardoel of Kingston, Gerry Pardoel of Lansdowne. Opa to Kate, Adrienne, Scott and Trevor. Mike is survived by a brother Antoon Pardoel, sisters-in-law Annie and Anneke Pardoel and several nieces and nephews all in Holland. Predeceased by brothers Wim, Henk, Koos and a sister Margriet. The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be Celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church, Lansdowne on Friday April 13, 2012 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery. In memoriams to the St. Lawrence Medical Centre, Lansdowne would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
