Predeceased by his wife of 64 years, Ivy Ellen Kathleen Stubbs and his parents Henry and Stella Stubbs, a sister Helen Stubbs and two brothers Kenneth and Frederick Stubbs. A Celebration of Tom’s life will be held at the Brockville Yacht Club at a later date. Cremation and interment at Lakefield Cemetery, Lakefield Ontario at a later date.
