After celebrating her 100th birthday last month in true style with all her family, Eleanor passed away suddenly from a short illness on Tuesday August 7, 2012. Eleanor Fulford, formerly of Brockville, predeceased by her beloved husband, Karl (JWK), her parents Jean Johnstone and Jeptha Fulford and her two sisters, Janet Fulford and Ruth Chisamore. She leaves to carry on her legacy and zest for life her children: Tony Blair (Marjorie) of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Terry Blair (Kelly) of Brockville, and Roxy McCarthy (Bill) of Manotick; as well as her grandchildren: Tracy McAllister (Todd), Trevor Blair (Sara), Sarah, Debra and Carrie Ellen Blair (Joel Porte), and Brendan and Erin McCarthy; and four great-grandchildren: Cainnear and Keelin McAllister and Elsie and Jack Blair. At the request of Mrs. Blair, there will be no visitation at the funeral home. A Private family service will be held with interment at Old Brockville Cemetery. In memoriams to the Wall Street United Church Memorial Fund or Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
