Quietly with his family by his side. Beloved son of Diane (Ralph) Hampton and the late Bill Halfpenny. Loving father of Thomas, Frankie and Samantha. Cherished brother of Penny (Art) Visser, Kim (Jim) Kirkby and Greg (Jen) Halfpenny. His grandmother Dorothy Haggart also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Cliff will be greatly missed by his loving faithful companion his dog Emma.
