Dear mother of Julie Garlough (Ken) of Oakville and the late Nadine McDougall. Loving grandma of Dawn McDougall-Brown (Tom), Lana McDougall (Jason) all of Brockville, Julia McDougall, Joe McDougall and Courtney Garlough all of Calgary and Devan Garlough of Cornwall. Lulu is survived by her great grandchildren Brittany Brown and Adam Brown, Emily and Aidan Riemersma, also survived by her son-in-law Ken McDougall of Brockville and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Garfield and Flossie (Briggs) Dales, sisters Irene Brown and Annie Dales and her brother Charles Dales. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Tuesday from 7 - 9 p.m. and on Wednesday October 17, 2012 from 10 - 11 a.m. The Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery.
