Loving dad of Ken Spicer (Janice) of Inverary, Tracey Massey (Scott) of Brockville and Jeffery Spicer (Lisa) of R.R.5 Brockville. Cherished poppa and grandpa of Colin Massey, Kaitlin, Ben and Grady Spicer. Dear son of Edna Spicer and the late Lorne Spicer. Brother of Linda Suddaby, Earl Spicer (Bev) both of R.R.2 Brockville and Heather Wattam (Freeman) of Deseronto. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Predeceased by his brother-in-law Doug Suddaby, mother -in-law Dorothy Moulton, father-in-law Harold Mercier and Step-father-in-law Roy Moulton.
