Beloved mother of Bob Pankhurst (Eleanor) of Manotick, mother in law of Elisabeth Pankhurst, Edith was predeceased by a son Bruce Pankhurst. Cherished grandmother of Lisa Shields, Michael Pankhurst, Maria Pankhurst, Johanna Jones, Tracy Gordon and Tammy Pankhurst. Great-grandmother of Aaron, Matthew, Nicole, Tiana, William, Andrew, Owen, Nathanial, Sarah, Hannah, Samuel and William. Predeceased by her parents Joseph Henry and Lucy Jean (York) Burr and a sister Alice McKay. Family and Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service in will be held in the Chapel on Monday December 31, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment will be held at a later date.
