Entered into rest at Sherwood Park Manor, on Saturday August 31st, 2013. The former Marion Elizabeth Pixley of Brockville aged 84 years. Beloved wife of the late Ronald Delbert Peterson. Dear mother of Ruth Gallinger (Steve) of Brockville and John Peterson (Elsie) of Addison. Grandmother of Michael (Jennifer), Scott (Nellie) Gallinger, Krysta Johnston (Kerry) and Bonnie Peterson. Great-grandma of Eric and Connor. Sister of Gerald Pixley of Petawawa, sisters-in-law of Marie Steacy, Marion Pattemore (Harold) both of Addison as well as numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her by her parents Asa and Dorothea (Thompson) Pixley, a brother Dean, a sister-in law Barbara and a brother-in-law Ralph Steacy. Family will receive friends at the Chapel of the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville, on Monday evening from 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday September 3, 2013 at 11 a.m. Interment Glen Elbe Cemetery.
