Entered into rest peacefully at home on December 23, 2013. Catherine Frances (Kelly) of North Augusta age 81years. Beloved wife of the late Emmett Colterman, dear mother of Valerie Hughes (Kevin) of Smiths Falls, Mary Jo Hall (Larry) of Athens and Cathy Elliott (Joe) of North Augusta, loving grandmother of Douglas Perkins (Jessica), Shelley Perkins, Dawn Griffiths (Chris), Tom Warren (Anne-Marie), Catie-Ann Hall, Tanya Henry (Rob) and Brandy Elliott. Frances is survived by her sister Marie McCarthy, her sister-in-law Rita Kelly as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents William and Mary (Carlin) Kelly, and brothers Carlin (Catherine), William Kelly and her brother-in-law Hugh McCarthy. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be Celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church on Saturday December 28, 2013 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.
