Entered into rest at the St. Lawrence Lodge on Sunday December 21, 2003. Eva Lena Kennedy Banford of Brockville age 87 years. Beloved wife of the late William Frederick (Fred) Banford. Dear mother of Lawrence Banford and his wife Jane of Brockville, Elaine Ferguson and her husband Donald of Dartmouth NS, Linda Cunningham and her husband Bob of Gibson BC, Gerald Banford and his friend Kim of St. Albert AB. Survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a grandson Stacey Banford on October 24, 2003, her parents James and Isadore Gilmer Kennedy, 2 brothers and 4 sisters. A Graveside Service for Mrs. Banford will be held at South Gower Cemetery in the Spring. In memoriams to the Mary Jane Hawkins Foundation at St. Lawrence Lodge or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
