Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on Monday February 23, 2004. The former Joyce Helena Riddell of Brockville aged 77 years. Beloved wife of Albert Fraser. Dear mother of Marilyn O'Connell (Ross) of Morin Heights, Bryce Fraser (Particia) of Mount Tremblant. Grandmother of Jason and Jordan O'Connell and Sean Fraser. Survived by two sisters and four brothers. Predeceased by a brother. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday February 29, 2004 at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East Brockville. Interment in Mille-Isles Cemetery at a later date. In memoriams to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
