Entered into rest with family by her side at the Brockville General Hospital Garden Street Site on Sunday April 13, 2014. Claire Theresa (Benoit) Collison of Brockville age 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Harry Collison, dear mother of Theresa Spence and Evelyn Kain (Chester) all of Brockville. Loving grandmother of Angela Secco (Aldo), April Greene (Phillip), Michael McDaniel (Vashti) and Greg Spence (Kelly) and great grandmother of Adam and Justin Greene, Rachel, Matthew and Martina McDaniel and Gregory Spence and great great grandmother of Lily Ann Greene. Claire is survived by her sister Lia Fournier and a brother George Benoit as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a granddaughter Kimberly Spence, brothers Onie and Gerald Benoit. The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be Celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church on Wednesday April 16, 2014 at 10 a.m. Interment will take place at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. In memory of Claire, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or St. Francis Xavier Church would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
