Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Tuesday December 7, 2004. Oscar Earl MacDougall of Lily Bay age 74 years. Beloved husband of Brenda Fair MacDougall. Dear father of Dawn MacDougall and her partner Al Foster of Brockville, and Gordon MacDougall and his partner Betsy Hotchkiss of Kingston. Grandfather of Suzanne, Christopher, Barbara and Cameron. Great grandfather of Taylor, Nicholas and Connor. Brother of Allan McDougall (Faye), Gail Jenkinson (David) all of Brockville and Joan Countryman (Raymond) of Bobcaygeon. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his first wife Barbara Yeldon MacDougall and his parents Fletcher McDougall and his wife Marion Hollister. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday December 11, 2004 at 11a.m. Interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery at a later date.
