Dear father of Cornelia Horton and her husband John of R.R.#3, Athens, John Poldervaart and his wife Marie and Cornelis (Kees) Poldervaart and dear friend Nancy of R.R.#4, Lansdowne. Opa of Dorthy-Ann, John Jr., David, Jo-Ann, Scott, Tina, Cornelis (Keesje) and Eric. Great-Opa of 11great-grandchildren. Also survived by a brother and sister Garret and Zusey in Holland. Pre-deceased by a daughter-in-law Nancy Poldervaart and a granddaughter Erin. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, Lansdowne on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home on Thursday December 2nd. 2004 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery.
