Peacefully with his family by his side at the Brockville General Hospital on Friday August 11, 2006. Joseph (Joe) Ernest Bellinger of Elizabethtown aged 83 years. Beloved husband of the former Maisie Carswell. Dear father of Donald Bellinger (Pat) of Lyn, Lorne Bellinger of Prescott, Sandra Hunt (Don) and Susan Richards all of Brockville. Grandfather of Tammy Bellinger of Brockville, Shana Barnhardt (Jamie) of Orleans and Amy Richards of Brockville. Also survived by a great grandchild Logan Barnhardt of Orleans, sisters Geraldine Hunt (Gordon) of Prescott, Bertha Dodge of Montreal and a sister in law Evelyn Bellinger of Brockville as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son Ernest Wilfred Bellinger, his parents Wesley Bellinger and his wife Anne Dutton Bellinger and brothers George, Stanley, Charlie, Arnold and sisters Kathleen and Etta. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday August 14, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
