Janice Proctor passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the Brockville General Hospital on Saturday, November 20, 2021. Janice recently from Toronto and a new resident to Brockville will be sadly missed by her loving son, Kirk Ashby (Shauna), her darling granddaughter, Ella, and her sisters Maureen Ellis, Shelagh Whybrow, and Diane Petryshyn. She will also be dearly missed by her nephew, Reid Whybrow (Natalie) and her niece, Morgan Whybrow, and lifelong friend Jimmy Ashby. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In memory of Janice, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
