Entered into rest at St. Lawrence Lodge, Brockville on Thursday October 13, 2011. The former Joyce Hodge of Brockville aged 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Ward Brown. Dear mother of Doris Brown and Helen Major (Doug) both of Brockville, Judy Perrin (Leonard) of Prescott, Jo-Ann Brown (Donny) and Garry Brown (Sue) both of Brockville. Loving grandmother of Kevin (Amanda), Kenny (Angie) and Michael Major, Tammy and Eric (Jodie) Perrin, Ashley Brown, Kaitlyn and Connor Brown, Kortnie and Kendra Wood as well as 10 great grand children. Joyce is also survived by siblings Ethel Leizert, Bernice Pankhurst, Marilyn Leizert (Charles), Carol Whittaker (Gerry), Betty Johnson (Harold) and Wayne Hodge as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a great-grandson Colton Major, her parents Robert and Grace (Cherry) Hodge as well as 3 sisters and 4 brothers. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday October 18, 2011 at 11a.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland.
