Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Saturday February 7, 2009. Hubert Douglas Russell aged 87 years. Beloved husband of the late Marion Elizabeth Russell. Dear brother of Lewis of New Brunswick, Ray of Picton, Frank of Cardinal, Stanley, Lloyd, Lester and Joyce all of New Brunswick. Also survived by a special companion Doris Ward of Prescott and her children Sandy and Derek of Brockville and Janet and Gerald of Kingston and their families as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his siblings Ron, James, Hilda and Julia. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday February 11, 2009 at 2 p.m. Private interment at a later date.
