entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on Saturday January 10, 2004. The former Alma Josephine Knapp of Brockville, formerly of Lyn, age 85 years. Beloved wife of James Henry Gilchrist. Dear mother of Don Gilchrist and his wife Carol of Brockville, Elva Maloney and her husband Dan of Athens, Sharon Richardson of Kamloops BC, and Paul Gilchrist and his wife Ardella of Brockville. Survrived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and a sister Pearl Byers of Brockville. Predeceased by a sister Elsie Knapp. A Private Family Service will be held at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville. Interment will be in Maynard Cemetery in the Spring. In memoriams to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
