Entered into rest at the Bridlewood Manor on Sunday November 10, 2013, Helen Eileen of Brockville, beloved wife of the late John Wellard, dear mother of Douglas Wellard (Nancy) of Erin, Ontario and Charles Wellard (Shelley) of Brockville. Loving grandmother of Heather of Toronto and Blair of Calgary. Helen is survived by a sister Mary Horner (Bernard) and her sister-in-law Beatrice Haggerty all of Brockville, as well as several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Henry ‘Harry’ and Birdie (Young) Haggerty, a sister Irene Scotland and her brother Charles Haggerty. A Private Family Interment will be held at Oakland Cemetery. In memory of Helen, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. Barclay Funeral Home, 138 Pearl Street East Brockville entrusted with the arrangements.
